Management Team

Before forming HyFlame Group Corp, the founders of the company had many years of experience in various industries and in different management positions. Since 2022 as general partners of the HyFlame projects, the founders have employed their experience and expertise to the HyFlame projects and have achieved notable results for the projects’ limited partners.
  • Alex Peng

    President

    Alex Peng is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Since 2002, he has focused on acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the Greater Vancouver and Greater Montreal regions.

    Over the course of his career, Alex has acquired and managed more than 20 properties, consistently delivering strong performance and annual returns. In 2022, he co-founded HyFlame Group with partners David Jiang and George Wang to expand into the Greater Montreal market. Since then, HyFlame Group has acquired multiple commercial assets and, in collaboration with a strategic local partner, successfully completed a 26-unit rental development on time and under budget.

  • David Jiang

    Vice President

    David Jiang is a seasoned technology and business professional with over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology sector in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has extensive expertise in project management and team leadership. As a key member of a $10 million software development initiative, David successfully led global teams of software engineers across Europe, Asia, and North America. Since retiring from the IT industry in 2018, he has been actively engaged in commercial real estate and currently serves as a Senior Director for four real estate development companies.

  • George Wang

    Vice President

    George Wang has over 30 years of experience in business development and management in a variety of industry sectors including SaaS software solutions, aviation training, and real estate development. Since August, 2021, George has been a founder and director of Golden Star Capital Ventures Inc., a public company listed on the TSX Ventures Exchange. He was previously a co-founder of Pelesys Learning Systems Inc., and was its president from 2007 to 2021. Pelesys became a global leader in aviation training solutions for the airline industry, with over 150 airlines as its customers. It was acquired by CAE Inc. in December 2017. Since 2016, George has been a principal of Stanton Development Ltd., an award-winning real estate developer in Vancouver, focusing on boutique type of real estate development projects.
